Notify Our Team
Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect bottles.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for damaged goods.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the unopened items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not broken during the return transit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
