How do you ensure the safety of glass bottles during shipping?
We use industry-leading, reinforced pulp packaging and double-walled cardboard boxes specifically designed for fragile glass. This ensures your bottles remain secure and temperature-controlled throughout the transit process.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. In accordance with local and federal laws, an adult of legal drinking age (21+ in the US) must be present to provide a valid photo ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What is your return policy if a wine is 'corked' or spoiled?
We stand by the quality of our collection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact our sommelier support team within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
