The straw-yellow 2018 Pinot Gris Trocken opens with a clear and fine yet intense and well-concentrated, elegant nose with ripe and healthy white fruit and some greenish gooseberry and leafy aromas. Elegant and fresh on the palate, this is a charming and refreshingly fruity Pinot Gris with elegant acidity and good freshness. It's not very long or complex, though, just a nice and pleasant wine.
