Craggy Range Te Muna Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Craggy Range’s Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc 2024 captures the purity and precision of Martinborough’s cool-climate vineyards. Grown on stony terraces with ancient alluvial soils, this Sauvignon Blanc delivers exceptional minerality, vibrant acidity, and a beautifully layered profile that stands among New Zealand’s finest.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Over fifty vineyard parcels were harvested individually to preserve character and nuance. Some fruit was whole-bunch pressed, with fermentation occurring in a combination of stainless steel, French oak, and large-format vessels to add texture and complexity. Extended lees aging provided additional depth, giving the wine its distinctive, chalky mouthfeel and fine mineral edge.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale lemon in color, this wine bursts with aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, lime zest, fresh herbs, and passionfruit. The palate is crisp, energetic, and layered with stone-fruit flavors, wet river rock minerality, and a subtle salinity. Its elegant, dry finish lingers with mouthwatering acidity.

Food Pairing

Perfect alongside freshly shucked oysters, goat cheese, grilled white fish, and light salads. Its freshness also makes it an excellent companion to sushi and delicate Asian-inspired cuisine. Serve well chilled (45–50°F) to highlight its bright aromatics and precision.
