A hugely dense wine, this powered by dark black fruits that have fully absorbed the tannins. Concentration from the ripe Merlot is prominent, giving great richness that is, happily, lifted by intense acidity at the end. This wine is just ready to drink. Full bodied and nicely rounded pa;ate is best enjoyed with steak, salmon, duck or sharp cheese. Best served around 65 degrees and opened for at least 30 minutes.
